What is the procedure for sending my BlackBerry® Smartphone in for repair?

  • First thing to do is to inform us by email the BlackBerry® Smartphonemodel and the fault and your full details. Then package your BlackBerry® Smartphone nice and snug so it doesn’t get more damaged in the post. Make sure its insured on the way to us and that’s it we will do the rest.

Can I bring my BlackBerry® Smartphone to your workshop?

  • Yes, you can either drop it in (if you are in Singapore or visiting Singapore) - and collect once it's ready, or opt for our Fast Track service for a while-you-wait service (additional charge applies).

Will I still have my BlackBerry® Smartphone warranty intact?

  • BlackBerry® Smartphone manufacturer, RIM™ state any repairs not done by themselves void your warranty

What quality of parts do you use for repairs?

  • We only use 100% genuine BlackBerry® Samrtphone parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts for BlackBerry® Smartphones.

Do I get any warranty?

  • Yes we offer a full 3 month warranty on all parts and repairs (except liquid damage that is covered for 30 days).

Will I get charged if you cannot repair the BlackBerry® Smartphone?

  • We have a minimum charge - Normally yes, being a new company, we are not charging now for Smartphones which are not repaired.

How can I pay for my repairs?

  • By Cash. We can also accept payment through PAYPAL which facilitates payment by Visa / Master Card credit cards and by Bank Transfer.

Will I lose my data saved on my BlackBerry® Smartphone?

  • We endeavour to keep all data unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repair usually include software problems.

If you can’t fix my BlackBerry® smartphone can you sell me another used or new one at a good price?

  • Yes we may have a stock of BlackBerry® Smartphone available for sale both in used and new condition. We can even recycle your old Smartphone and strip it for parts.
