Why should I send my Samsung® Smartphone to Inoosh Samsung Smartphone Repair Centre?

How long will I have to live without my Samsung® Smartphone while its being repaired by Inoosh Samsung Smartphone Repair Centre?

  • We usually repair all Samsung® Smartphones within 3-5 working days. We pride ourselves on our fast repair turnaround.

What is the procedure for sending my Samsung® Smartphone in for repair?

  • First thing to do is to inform us by email/SMS/Phone the Samsung® Smartphonemodel and the fault and your full details. Then package your Samsung® Smartphone nice and snug so it doesn’t get more damaged while it is beimg delivered to us by person or post or courier.. Make sure its insured on the way to us and that’s it we will do the rest.

Can I bring my Samsung® Smartphone to your workshop?

  • Yes, you can either drop it in (if you are in Singapore or visiting Singapore) - and collect once it's ready, or opt for our Fast Track service for a while-you-wait service (additional charge applies).

Will I still have my Samsung® Smartphone warranty intact?

  • Samsung® Smartphone manufacturer, Samsung™ state any repairs not done by themselves void your warranty

What quality of parts do you use for repairs?

  • We only use 100% genuine Samsung® Samrtphone parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts for Samsung® Smartphones.

Do I get any warranty?

  • Yes we offer a full 3 month warranty on all parts and repairs (except liquid damage that is covered for 30 days).

Will I get charged if you cannot repair the Samsung® Smartphone?

  • We have a minimum charge - Normally yes, being a new company, we are not charging now for Smartphones which are not repaired, except for the liquid damaged phones.

How can I pay for my repairs?

  • By Cash or Corprate cheue. No persoal cheques please. We can also accept payment through PAYPAL (add 5% towards paypal charges) which facilitates payment by Visa / Master Card credit cards and by Bank Transfer.

Will I lose my data saved on my Samsung® Smartphone?

  • We endeavour to keep all data unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repair usually include software problems. It is preferable that ypu back-up your data before sending for repair.

If you can’t fix my Samsung® smartphone can you sell me another used or new one at a good price?

  • Yes we may have a stock of Samsung® Smartphone available for sale both in used and new condition. We can even recycle your old Smartphone and strip it for parts.
